In aerospace, Thales plays a key strategic role, delivering country-wide solutions to Thai customers in the area of air traffic management, radars and navigation aids. Thales is supplying ground transportation solutions to the main and urban rail lines in the area of signalling and fare collection.
With great potential seen in the countries in the Mekong region, Thales is keen to develop its wide portfolio of solutions in this highly dynamic region by servicing the countries of Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Bhutan from the Bangkok office.

Thales supplies multiple combat management and communication systems to the Royal Thai Navy as well as air defence systems to the Royal Thai Army.
In 2016, Thales cemented its position as leading supplier to the Royal Thai Navy with two contracts for Above-water and underwater systems.
Thales provides automatic fare collection systems for urban railway networks in Bangkok.
Thales enhances the safety of the mainline rail networks across Thailand supplying state-of-the-art ETCS-1, point machines and axle counters.

Thales has delivered a significant amount of Navigation aids, Radars and Instrument Landing Systems across the country since 2004.
Thales e-security is a leading supplier of hardware security modules to Thai banks and organisations securing payment transactions and information.
